Director, Creative Development, Video & Social for MTV International
I develop original digital and social video as well as content around linear shows for MTV international on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. I increased YOY digital video views 307% across 4 tentpoles and increased views on MTV UK's YouTube channel 60% QOQ by advising the team on better optimization strategies.

I developed and created original digital videos for international MTV channels and Paramount+. I worked with regional teams to distribute localized content all over the world. Our work for the 2021 EMAs won the 2022 Lovie award for Social Entertainment & Sport Video and was nominated for a 2021 Webby.

Supervising Video Producer for Seventeen.com
I managed a team of shooters, editors and graphic artists and we produced all video for Seventeen across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, SnapChat, TikTok, Seventeen.com, Facebook etc). In my first year I grew the YouTube channel by 637.8 thousand subscribers (up 78% from the year before) and totaled 168.6 million views (up 160% from the year before) and 15.7 million hours of watch time (up 419% from the year before). The channel now has over 2 million subscribers. I have had videos on the trending page six times. I managed more than 10 recurring series including the wildly successful “Bestie Picks Bae”, which I personally created.

Video Production Director & Features Producer
I oversaw all video production for all Hearst Digital Media sites (Esquire, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Cosmo, Seventeen, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, O the Oprah Magazine etc) and produced select series and features. I was responsible the content from pitching and conception through publication (on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and websites). I implemented QC protocols; budget workflows, streamlined content management and I managed a team of producers, shooters, editors, and a graphics department.

I produced and oversaw all video production for Cosmopolitan.com (as well as Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat and Instagram). I worked on the content from pitching and conception through final delivery. I was the liaison between the editorial and video teams to manage expectations at both ends and open lines of communication in order to create the best content most efficiently.

I ran all day to day aspects of production for David Blaine's November 2016 ABC special, "Beyond Magic," Including booking and supervising crew in the production office and on set, scheduling and coordinating shoots, budgeting larger shoots and tracking all finances (invoices, payroll, petty cash and credit cards). I also assisted with creative direction including research for tricks and coordinating magic consultants.
